so much that I've agree to let them cut my hair short, half an inch, just had my second hair cut. I used to have long hair, below elbow length. It was the best part of my looks as I have rather small ****.
I also have unusally big ears that stick out, like straight out.
My lover is so jealous. I dont think I look attactive any more but my lover seems happier about that. I used to get described as the girl with long blond hair, now a hear people refer to me as the girl with the really big ears.
I do have a great relationship with my lover but I don't really understand why they are so happy about the way I look. My ears just over power the rest of my face and I think they make me look dopy. I've asked him about it and he just says things like he loves me just the way I am, even my ears.
I'm starting to think either he enjoys humiliating me or he's incredably jealous or that he actually likes my ears.
What do people think? I'm a bit confused.

Apart from the spelling errors, you seem like a fairly intelligent girl.
Why the heck are you still with this bozo? He just wants to control you, and make you 'look ugly' to other guys so that other guys don't view you as a 'sexy girl'. That way, he doesn't have to work to keep you, since you'll stay with him because no-one else wants 'a girl with big ears'.
Seriously, you should not let him rule your life. If you want long hair, then grow your hair long. If he doesn't like that fact that you're pretty, or that other guys think you are pretty, then it's _his_ problem, and not yours.
Tell him to grow up and act like a man, not a 14 year old boy.

if you liked the way you looked before you two were , then there's no reason that you shouldn't have kept that look. if you feel insecure about the way you look now, leave your hair long and don't give a $hit what he says! if he had any concern for your feelings he'd understand the way you feel and let you leave your damnn hair the way you like it!

Don't ever do something like that for a lover, he is just to controlling, i wouldn't do that for anyone, he loves it because he got you to do something foolish for him, and now you don't get the attention you once did. How old are you anyway? I would tell him to get lost. And their is one thing that really turns me off and that is an insecure man. Get someone who is proud that people look at you, when they are secure in themselfs they don't feel threatened because someone looks at you, thats how my boyfriend is, he feels pride not jealousy. I think your "lover" is a control freak. He is jealous and you should not do things just because he wants you to. What kind of man would ask you to cut your hair so other men won't flirt with you? I'd tell him to f*** off!

He is trying to control you--jealousy is insecurity, if you are less attractive to others, then the chances of you leaving him to be with someone else is less. Stop letting him control you. He should be proud that you are beautiful, you should be proud that you are beautiful. Someone who loves you--will love you for all your faults and exceptional features--BE CAREFUL--it sounds like this could escalate into something that could end up being abusive--there is no reason for you to change for him--someone who loves you wouldn't want you to change.

Sounds to me like your dealing with a *VERY* insecure control freak.
Unless you really get off on the master/slave routine I truly encourage you to get away from this person with all haste. NOT a healthy environment.

Sounds like you have a super jealous/controlling boyfriend who isnt happy with the way your hair looks but the way he can get you to do things.
