I can't think what else it could be so can anybody please help with some of your opionions and thank you so much. & maybe if you could maybe give me some possible ways that I can make it better.

Wrap you mid section with a lightly snug material of some kind. Maybe an old sheet to rip up or something like that. It will support you and keep it from moving so much. NOT TO TIGHT!!! Just snug. Take some Ibuprofen, if it's not better by tomorrow, go to the school nurse of Doctor.
You know sometimes Pleurisy can do that. Here is some info and symptom description. It hurts so bad especially when you breath.

The hallmark of pleurisy is severe chest pain that starts suddenly. The pain is often strong or stabbing when you take a deep breath. It usually subsides or disappears between breaths. It's usually felt on one side of the stomach area or lower chest. Deep breathing and coughing often make it worse. You may also have a fever, pain when moving, or fast, shallow breathing. Typically, you will be able to point to the exact location of the pain. In some people, the pain spreads to the neck, shoulder, or abdomen.

Doc would tell you to take many many deep breaths all day. It gets the mucus out. Along with antibiotics too.

different treatments for different symptoms.
1. the pain is sharp and only happens when you turn a certain way or do a certain movement. you have torn a tendon. you should: remain active and do all possible things/movements EXCEPT those movements which cause the SHARP pain. this is a sign you are tearing the tendon again. there is no treatment for a torn tendon, except, get as much blood to the affected area as possible. this means heat. pad/patch whatever. the blood going to the injured area will heal it on it's own. do not wrap it. you want full circulation to the injured area. and the injury could have been caused by something as innocent as turning the wrong way, etc.
2. NO sharp pain, just burn, hurt, stiff, sore etc. this is a torn muscle. go about business as usual, do not pamper the injured area (don't try to overdo it either!!) this indicates an over worked muscle and will go away quickly.
NOW, based on what you said I would bet you've got the sharp variety. THIS DOES NOT HEAL QUICKLY! when you do as instructed it will get much better-THIS IS WHEN IT DANGEROUS! it is starting the healing process so try it very gently or you will re-injure it again and have to start over.
muscle injuries heal very quickly-think of a muscle as a rope-big soft and can absorb lots of blood to heal
think of a tendon as a steel cable-dense-hard and can't absorb very much blood-hence it's slow healing-a ligament is a steel rod-even less blood so even slower healing.
you know what muscles are-now tendons are the tissue that attach muscles to bones or other muscles-if you've ever eaten beef tendon is the white chewy stuff that you see running through the meat (the stuff you cut off)
ligaments are the stuff that attach bones to bones (as in a football player tearing the ACL ligament-and it may be a season ender-depending on how badly it's torn)
summary: if it's sharp-avoid that which causes the sharp pain, BUT use every other movement (muscle) as normal. if it's not sharpthen go about your noamal activities-the soreness is caused by a buildup of lactic acid (it's the by product of a muscle working-when you stop you get sore-that's lactic acid-work (exercise) will allow your body to get rid of the lactic acid and the soreness goes away.
