In my exam today, there was a question that asked you to list five organelles in the order that they would be separated during differential centrifugation. I knew the others, but was confused between the nucleus and cell wall. Anyone know which is separated first?

I would say the nucleus would be the densest. The cell wall is tough, but not dense.

Hey! I took the exam too. Nucleus is the densest, its the biggest organelle in the cell.

Where did you take it ? Damn it was a rather annoying paper, amino thing was confusing.

I think nucleus. Carrying all the genetic information, I think it's first.
