before answering we must all agree to the obvious if the obvious is not obvious to use, please read the legal disclaimer at the bottom of this note..
1) should society limit individual freedom (include your own freedom)
2) should society allow the use of government aggression to limit individual freedom

legalize for the word pinchers: assume 'your right to swing your arm ends at the tip of my nose'...and operating within the framework of the us bill of rights/constitution with established government oversight of foriegn policy, interstate commerce.
and assuming there is no harm to anyone else, and that means the individual in question is a competant adult (or else it is obvious there would be harm).

1) I am a firm beleiver that in order to protect some freedoms we at times might have to give up others, granted this should not be perminate.....sometime in order to protect we have to give up some things....

2) We do this already.....take protests for example....we allow protests, but at the first sigh they are getting out of hand, or are taking place in areas they are not suppose to be police do not hesitate to start arresting people.....I do feel that this needs to be limited though....

In todays world, we need to realize that we just have to give somethings up at times to protect others.

Giving up ANY right is never justified. To date no right, once relinquished (even so called temporarily) has ever been restored. The Libertarian philosophy is the best of all political worlds, that's why it is the least spoken word in local and national media. The LAST thing the status quoists want to do is popularize it.

Individual freedoms should be left alone no matter what and the entire US Govt. should be cut by 50% and term limits, 1 term only, should be in place for all US politicans.
