i am 18 year old.my breast is a bit small,when compared 2 others.i feel a bit shy & worried about it.i just want 2 know any measures 2 increse my breast size,(any advisable food or any particular cream if aviable. i also want 2 know wat s d max. age limit 4 d growth of breasts.

Take it from a 38 year old woman who has been a size A cup her whole life. I even considered getting breast augmentation in my 20s. I'm glad I didn't. And you know what the best part is? My friends who were larger than me, have now had the serious effects of gravity. They all need "lifts" or bras to hold their breasts where they once were. Mine are right where God put them. Love your chest the way it is and never be insecure. If you're an active girl, its best to have them small anyway.

You MAY get some growth before 21 if you're sort of late bloomer. If you ever breast feed a baby, you'll have them for that short time too.

I probably shouldn't answer this as I'm a bad example. I wasn't just small when i was your age but i went on to have 2 children and lost the little i did have through breastfeeding. I tried a breast enhancer similar to an electronic muscle enhancer. It didn't work for me, just toned them up. I went for the drastic option of implants. I have now put on weight and my breasts are larger than i ideally wanted. Although i love my new breasts, i do now wish I'd learned to be happy with my figure. Kate Moss obviously has no hang ups with being flat chested.

What you do is learn to accept it. There are only two things which can increase breast size. One is become pregnant or fat, and both are not a guarantee for a permanent bigger size. Two, have implants. Nothing else will increase their size. Forget compering to others because you will end up doing that for life and will never be happy. Everyone differs in size and structure. Two people being the same age is not an appropriate scale to judge. Learn to be happy for who you are and what you are capable of. Forget following the hype of what the media believes we should look like and be yourself.

Don't worry about your size. You know, when I was your age, I had the smallest breasts in my class! And I envied the others... Today, I got a bigger set, and it's quite a heavy baggage! I wish I had the smaller ones now!!

You're still young, your breasts are still growing. Don't worry at all about it. In time, they will be fine.

Some women say that you should massage your breasts after your shower with any cream for about 5-10 minutes, with firm squeezes. I don't know how true it is, so don't quote me on it.Try it if you want.

Why would you be shy or even worried cause your breast are smaller than someone elses? You're you and that's what it do...maybe your breast fit your body, you should feel confident and blessed with what you have, your not in a daily breast contest, I can understand if its just you wanting bigger breast, but I'm not understanding you feeling shy and worried like somethings wrong because you don't have big breast, pick your head up your self esteem and ego should go far beyond your breast...now that's my girl....

Don't be silly about the size of your breasts.
Small-breasted women are beautiful. It's NOT the Quantity or size that counts, it is the QUALITY and the beauty of the woman they are attached to that counts. Be happy with what you have. The real, inner woman is MUCH more important.
Anyone that equates HUGE breasts with 'beauty' is childish.
