The first thing that you should do is...
Press CTRL+H while the webpage is open. This is show your history and all of the websites that you have visited. Right click on the day who's history you want to delete, and click on delete. This will get rid of all history visible to friends, family members, coworkers, etc.

The next step that I would take is to click on Tools in the top bar of the webpage. Next, click on Internet Options, and then click on the General Tab. Click on the Delete Cookies button, and this will get rid of all of the hidden trackers that websites put on your computer.

After that, at the bottom of the window, you will see a section that says History. Lower your number to 0 days, so that everytime you exit out of a webpage, your history will be deleted, and nobody will be able to track the websites that you have visited!

HAPPY WEB SURFING!

You could right click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop and click on properties under the general tab there would be a history section. You could change the days to keep pages in history to 0 (to never save history) or you can click clear history which clears out every url site on your address bar you've been to and the history list would be gone

GoTo: Control Panel>Internet Options. A Dialog box will open, on the "General" tab, click on the "Clear History" radio button. - Done.
You might also change the length of time the history is kept. By default, it is 20 days.
