I need advice........I'm meeting a guy for the first time and want to make a good impression. What should I wear? Will just be the pub most likely so was thinking just jeans , boots and a jumper ( will probably be snowing knowing my luck ) what's your opinion?

I think you should wear what makes you feel comfortable, but most importantly a smile. What's he doing just taking you to a pub? The cheapskate!! The most important thing is that you have a great night.

I would say go with the jeans (but only if they are smart, preferably dark blue). Some sort of pretty/feminine top or jumper would keep the look girly. You don't want to look like a lumberjack! Then for a sexy edge I would wear a pair of killer heels. Men just LOVE high heels. If you prefer boots make sure they have heels!
The whole outfit would definately be not too dressy, but not too scruffy either. I think it would be the right balance between making an effort vs looking like you tried to hard.

If that is your picture then you are beautiful. Do not cover your hair. Wear some jeans, boots, a comfortable shirt with a jacket or something that you can take off at the pub. Always looks sexy when a girl has a jacket or something on and then exposes her physique.

jeans and boots sound great if it does snow. Instead of the jumper wear a slung top or just a normal top as the temperture is likely to be warm in the pub and you can always wear a jacket on top :)

oh and another thing, if you are going to go in your car you may want to wear a shawl around instead of a jacket, its very classy and will look chic with the jean combo.

i love the jeans tucked in the boots look. wear a sexy top rather then a jumper i know its winter but what the hell you want to make a good impression just bring a jackit good luck with your date i hope things go well

Jeans sound OK - if they are smartish rather than scruffy. Don't know about the jumper though - perhaps a little boring... Good luck - just be yourself and hopefully all will go well.

Jeans if you are going to a bar, but dress it up with a fancy little top but don't over do it, you don't want him to think you are high maintenance.Add a cute necklace and earrings and a nice hand bag and you will be one hot princess.

If you feel comfortable wearing that then you should go for it I would not wear the jumper but i would go with the rest of the outfit.

you'll look a stunner
