Back when it happened Chicken George and his clowns in the Whorehouse said Saddam did it. The FBI knew it wasn't Saddam, but they were silenced.
How did the FBI know? They compared the DNA of the anthrax strains the US sold Saddam in the 1980s.
The anthrax that was sent around in the US was research material sent around to US universities and the Centres for Disease Control in Atlanta.
