Is legal age 21 years old or is 18 years old for males in New York State

18 is the age you legally become an adult in any state.
21 is the legal age for drinking in most states.
Gender does not make a difference.

Legal age for what? If you mean for drinking, the last I heard it was still 18, but that is for both males, and FEMALES.

I assume you mean the Age of Consent? In New York it's 17.
