Does anyone know where I can find out where to buy libraries old magazines that are out of date?

I would ask your local library. I know that they sometimes have book sales, so I gather that they would probably sell their old magazines as well.

after about a year the mags go old and they sell them for a 1$

halfprice books or try used bookstore in your area.
