NO, you can,t reuse windows, when you activate windows it finger prints your computer( processor type and serial#,all drives and there serial#, the motherboard and its serial #)this info and the product key are sent to ms data base, just changing to many components at once will cause an invald copy warning and shut your os down

Depending on what configuration you have in your new computer, your Windows OS may or may not be able to adjust.
Windows XP (all versions) contain many common drivers which allow a broad range of hardware to work even without the manufacturer's specific drivers. As long as your video card is from the same company, and your motherboard is in the family as your previous motherboard, Windows XP will boot up. However, it will be distorted and then it will attempt to connect to the internet in order to find you the drivers specific to your new hardware.
Also, your current PC may have a copy of Windows XP Media Center already on there. If so, backup your harddrive, erase it, create a NTFS partition when you are installing Windows and voila!
WARNING: If you are using an imcomplete pirated, customized, or stripped-down version of Windows XP, it will NOT have the normal plethora of drivers Windows XP comes with. These drivers and compatibility files are what makes Windows XP a DVD full of data.

when building a new PC check the requirements. some hardware may not function with Media centre OS. you can probably get away with using the old hard drive but you will have to format because windows runs on a hardware id number. i would suggest buying a copy of media centre though.

You can put the old drive into the new computer. Windows should be able to detect all of the new hardware and prompt you to install drivers (which should come with the new hardware).

no you will have to buy a version of the pro to reinstall it on the new build. the reason why is that when you unplug the hard drive from one computer to the other it will erase it. I have had this problem before and I still would like to find out why. Bill gates has set it this way so we spend more money to make him rich.....

You can use the mentioned hardware/software on your new build.
You will need to reinstall windows so I recommend backing up any important info.
Wait, if you dont have the OS CD you will need to buy it.

It depends on whether the license is OEM or Retail. OEM will not allow you to boot on another machine.
Retail will, but will also require a new activation.

If you are looking for change, it would be a great idea. I am considering getting a sex change, too and I've been doing plenty of research on it.
In the land of the unicorns, you do not need clothing!!!!! :)
Just imagine your self, flying on a unicorn, as a male instead of a female. It is a plesant thing to imagine and you will understand the beauty of getting a sex change.
Sex changes are pure beauty.
Pure beauty :)
They make you think of wonderful things, like ponys, and unicorns, and candy mountains , and children running and skipping hapily through the feilds of flowers in the springtime.
