I just need some ideas. I have tool bars, drop down boxes and links. I will use VB to programme it but js need psedo code for now

Yahoo Answers is insufficient for a project of this magnitude... if by making a browser you mean actually creating an SGML interpreter specializing in html and xmhtml parsing and rendering... the specifications for such a thing alone would be a months-long project.
If by this, you actually mean something of a doable scope, such as COM-wrapping IE's existing web browser control, check this out:

not psudo code, but check out http://www.pscode.com for great examples - all in source code form.
