Any idea regarding BNM's guidelines on establishing company??

doing some research and have no idea where i can get the info on company guidelines from BNM. any idea where can i get it?

In my opinion, guidelines and setting up of company (registration of sole proprietorship, partnership and company) are under the supervision of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

To get an license (after registered your company with SSM), for example investment adviser license, you need to apply through Security Commission (SC).
