Personally, I think a well planned assination would do the same job. But if we use the stealths, I hope we take the country out in one swift hit. No playing by the dumb "play nice" rules of engagement. We have the power & if we are going to use the power, then use all the power & be done with the fight.

I think it means that N Korea can know and believe that they mis-step in the smallest way and they will pay dearly.
Unfortunately - their citizens are victims - or we could just make Lake N. Korea ;)
