Dude it just so happens that I answered a question very similar to yours a moment ago. Use Tor. It will randomly route you through multiple proxies and each of those proxies only knows where the data is being sent to it from and where it is sending the data which means that there's no way they know where the data is coming from for sure or where its final destination is for sure. You get comparable or better speed than you would using a normal proxy and normal proxies can keep track of what you're doing so were the proxies that you were using suddenly start working again I'd still stick with Tor because otherwise you don't have anything close to anonymity.
