Every time cartoons go to commercial my daughter - which is 2 - starts throwing a fit screaming dora dora dora!!!! And when its back on shes ok. I dont think she relializes that dora didnt go bye-bye.

My Daughter went through that. Finally, now at the age of 3, she understands that it will come back and she can annoy Mommy until it does. :)

No my 2 year old doesnt care about the commercials. Actually she tells me she wants the toys she sees lol. With Dora she tells me she wants to watch Hola lol. Arent they just so cute lol ;)

Not so much with the commercials, but I did turn off Sponge Bob once and I thought my 3 year old was going to lose it. I actually though about calling and old priest and a young priest, she was so upset.

No, my daughter watches the disney channel, and she loves singing those songs etc. But she is 4 1/2 so I guess that's why!

No, but he used to say "mom why'd you turn the channel?" or "turn it back, mom." Sometimes he still does that. But now he's gotten to where he likes the commercials bc he gets to see everything he wants. I hate commercials now bc i have to hear 5 minutes worth of "i want that!" over and over again. Marketing sucks... lol.

i dont have any kids but my nephew doesnt throw a fit
but he does say that he wants every toy that comes on during the commercial
