I know that the anime on your TV (if you live in the US) won't be the same as the anime shown on the Japanese TVs. Is Naruto and InuYasha censored? Which other anime are censored?

PS
You can read my blog about anime censorship if you like, see if you agree with me.

Almost all anime is censored

Some episodes are not even shown in the states in some cases.
Outlaw Star, Pokemon, Sailor Moon all have episode not even shown in the states.

The problem is its animated and most non-anime people call it a cartoon. Hence cartoons are for kids. However in Japan anime is for everyone of all ages. True anime fans know that its far from being a Cartoon.

Naruto is almost the same minus the blood. I can't speak for InuYasha because I have never seen the Japanese cuts.

Yes, there's a lot of censorship in anime. Not all of it is nudity, violence or sexual scenes, sometimes its because of jokes or references to japan that won't be understood in america:

Naruto-blood was cut out, some cussing cut out.

Inu-Yasha-nudity edited. It can be seen in the boxsets, for example a bathing scene with shippo. In the televised episode nothing is scene, in the orginal version...he's nude.
Plus some references. In one scene Kagome's friends ask about her boyfriend (IY) when she complaisn about him her friends say, "Is he american."
