You can download Microsoft Virtual PC for free and run a second copy of Windows in it.

It's a free download fom Microsoft, just supply your own Windows!

The best part is, you can muck up the Virtualized version as much as you want and it won't affect your REAL operating system! Great for testing out Spyware and Virii on a computer! (Seeing what programs remove which virus, ect).

That's is impossible to have 2 IE in one computer. Usually, the new version will 'override' or automatically 'upgrade' the previous version. Only one can exist.

Create two separate partitions on your harddrive and install one OS to each partition.
