Hey, my guitar teacher told me about this program that allows u to system link with people over the internet with a ps2 or xbox or other game system and play them even if they have another console.i was j/w if this was true and if it is how can i do it..thanks

No you can't connect a ps2 and an xbox. I have both a Xbox 360 and a regular Xbox and you cannot connect them to a PS2 using any kind of software or hardware.

The only way I believe that PS2 and Xbox 360 owner's can connect is on FFXI which is multi-platform. Also PC owners with FFXI are also on the same servers.
