I do not use profanity if at all possible, I'm sure months go by without me using it. The English language is so unbelievably full and rich that you may insult someone in a much better fashion than repeating three or four words over and over again. :-)

Hate to say it but I mummer at least 4 or five curses a day. Trying break or at least cut down on that habit.

No matter what you think, people who curse are seen as crude and ignorant. If that is your goal, then keep on doing it.
But if it isn't, then realize it's a habit nothing more. What is learned can be unlearned.
