It should still have some warranty. Return it to where you purchased it. They may require you to contact the manufacturer concerning the warranty. Either one should correct the problem. If not, then seek judgement.

Remember, be wary of sellers who will not take back defective products. So ask them before you make a major purchase if they will allow returns.
