I had put an animation on my screen, which was only a inch big, now it's set for the full screen and it slowing my computer down.

Just disable it. To disable it, go to run and type 'msconfig'.
After that, go to 'service' and 'uncheck' any files that associated with your animation.
You also can disable it during the startup in 'msconfig'.
Uncheck any files that related to your animation.
Then, click ok. Done!!!

It can be disabled. You can diable it either by finding the icon of the program on your tool bar, or by clicking on the animation itself. You made need to "right" click on the icon.
