Check out Tennesse Williams "Suddenly Last Summer" - it has a really good dramatic monologue. =)

Just about every one of Shakespeare's plays has a great dramatic Dialogue....take Hamlet..."To be or not to be that is the question" one of the best known examples. When in doubt go with Shakespeare
