Mine is like that sometimes if its very hot. It is caused by tiny air bubbles, should clear after you stop running it.

It is definantly lime and manganese. I primarly worked on boilers and hot water systems for 30 years. If you have that kind of hard water you really need a softner. it will extend the life of your boiler and water heater by 10 years each. Not to mention your use of detergents and shampoo will drop by 50%. The big misconception is that you are drinking salt water - you are not. the salt water rinses the resin tank of the trapped lime, rust and manganese.

if you have just had a new combi fitted the hot water will be cloudy for a while depends on usage but it will clear in time failing that it could be scale build up inside your cylinder to which you could either replace or drain .and remove lime scale hope this helps .
