Being a 15 year old, I have gone to school for 11 years now. I have had some good times but my sorrows and pains are what really have stuck around to pressure me to conform to society but I have remained firm on my Christian background. I have to say this before I go any further though that I have never had a single friend in all of my years of being alive. I would try to make friends with people but they shun me out because I don't listen to rap and pimp every girl in town. I believe in the good Lord above. I had fallen in love with a girl in my english class in November and had tried to make a friendly conversation with her but because I am very shy towards girls, I couldn't talk to her face to face so I wrote her letters. One day, infront of 200 students, her friends and two teachers, to get me out of her life, she said she ws lesbian. But I know it was only a way to try to get me away from her. I have no friends still and I am feeling very lonely. What should I do?

I am shoved away by every girl I try to make friends with and I still am trying to find some girl who will take me seriously. What do you girls my age say?

You will find a girl who will take you seriously eventually...it is unfortunate that most young people your age act the way they do. You sound like a wonderful young man. It sounds like you might have to look for friends elsewhere...have you tried finding friends in your youth group or other church activites?

Good Luck...don't give in to the pressures of high school..you are almost out! It gets much better!!

First off, you should be looking for people that share your interest in religion and the lord. Your just not going to find alot of that at school these days! Try making friends at your local church or other religious activities. Church camp in the summer is always a good place. Second, as for a girlfriend, you have probably only been interested for a year or two. You will be interested for many, many years to come. Don't rush it!!!! Soon, you will find a friend that is female and that friendship will turn into something you will value almost as much as your relationship with Christ. Hope this helps.

I am not your age but I do recall being your age and what happened to me was after many years I ran into a guy I had the biggest crush on in school and I told him I did he laughed and I laughed because he also had a crush on me and was to shy to ask me out I told him that was a shame because I would have loved to of went out on a date with him. Your young and you'll find the right girl don't give up yet . Good Luck
