Many country talked about peace but no right to speak,no right to study,no chance to compromise,which one will you need first?

For me there is no real peace without freedom. If you have the freedom to respectfully disagree, you can have peace, but there is no peace if you have to restraint yourself and you live with fear.

Freedom is the basis of Peace.Liberation brings Peace.Its not other way round.When its comes to countries discussing about peace without offering liberty to its citizens,its indeed signifying a weird concept of Peace through imprisonment which doesnt make any sense.Countries are responsible to free thier people to offer several rights which individuals seek for thier betterment and the nation as a whole.This will lead to a peaceful journey.

Without peace you cannot enjoy freedom - see for instance Iraqis' freedom/right to vote, that didn't amount to anything good for them so far.
So you need peace as a pre-condition.

there is no peace in freedom .freedom is not free it comes at a great cost
