Bananas, rice, carrots. Do drink a lot (juice cut with water is good) because diarrhea makes you dehydrated.
Avoid milk.

What is the cause? Do you have a virus? If so, just make sure you do not dehydrate. If it is IBS don't drink milk or sometimes sugar. There is a pill out that stops the diarrhea. Also kaopectate(sp). If you ate something bad, it need to be out of there. If your on an antibiotic, eat yogurt. It replaces the good bacteria.

In my country we eat boiled potatoes when we have diarrhea. This helps a lot. Put salt to the potatoes, and drink yoghurt and nana tea, or cammomile tea. Also eat bananas, but don't eat any other fruit. Rice is ok also. Eat toast instead of bread. Good luck!

Taking digestive enzymes has an amazing effect on stopping diarrhea. Digestive enzyme supplements specifically containing high amounts of protease (protein digestion), lipase (fat digestion), and amylase (carbohydrate digestion) are specifically beneficial.
Slippery elm powder mixed with water is also great to help stop diarrhea. It's very anti-inflammatory and helps soothe all the mucous membranes in your body, including your digestive system.
I was having problems with diarrhea a few months ago and digestive enzymes/slippery elm have cured it completely.

lots of things, but unless you NEED to stop (for travel) i would recommend to just let it be, and give your body time to heal. If you stop the diarrhea you are only keeping the bacteria inside.

Cheese, bananas and yogurt are all good choices; each has a binding effect.
Make sure to continue to drink water or fluids since you can easily dehydrate.

EAT LOADS AND LOADS OF CHEESE. JJ. This may be of no help, but for animals they use a rice and cottage cheese mixture. Probably gonna get a thumbs down for that, but if it were me i'd want help sooner than later.
good luck

You don't want to stop it, if it persists for longer than 5 days you will need to go see a doctor. Stopping it naturally or with drugs may cause a condition called Toxic Megacolon, which may force doctors to remove portions of your colon. Just eat mild food and keep up your fluid intake.
