How old are you? If you are not a senior citizen or disabled then you should go out and work and pay for regular insurance. The taxes we have to pay out of our pay checks are what pay for welfare. No one wants to pay for someone who doesn't really need it. Some get down right vicious. Most places of employment have insurance through the company, it is called "employee benefits". As far as English study, you could go to the local library and listen to the audio tapes on different languages.

Nothing. All benefits are only for Citizens. Permanent Residents are called Resident Aliens that means you are at liberty to work for any company and pay taxes.

When my husband got his residency, he already HAD a job WITH benefits, he never took advantage of the welfare system. I suggest you start looking for a job and stop living off the backs of hardworking, taxpayers like my husband and I. Next time you post may I also suggest you use the spell check.....
