There are lots of methods.
At first, this may seem the weirdest place to go to, but check out your local library. I'm a girl, myself and sometimes I hang around there. What I'm saying is you might find some girls there?
Secondly, there is always just checking out myspace and looking at girls' faces and friend request them, but some guys just don't like girls' personalities! First, it's looks! But, there's that one.
Thirdly, if there's a girl you've always liked at your work or school, or that you see somewhere e.g. a cafe quite a lot, but she's never properly noticed you..then maybe you should find out what she likes from her friends, colleagues (if your at work) and her by watching her occasionally and see if she's reading anything, has a humungous stash of bubblegum or chocolate hidden somewhere, and talk to her about her interests and then she'll start perking up and give her the odd smile a few times each day and she'll start wondering, "I wonder if he likes me?" If you bag a girl, buy her some flowers at least once a month, and let her know your lucky to have her!

Looking like a pimp is the most important step in your journey.You need a cool hairdo, something that says "Hey, Im a pimp. Would you like to do it doggy style with me?". After you've got the hairdo down, you need to pick up some big pimpin' threads. Fur coats work best.
Then, the voice. You wanna talk in a low voice like Barry White or something similar. Practice in front of a mirror everyday.

it's easier to befriend the girl, that way you actually have some chance of actually keeping her. if it doesn't work out, then at least you have the friendship. if that doesn't work out, then you weren't really friends to begin with. do that for a while and get comfortable with it and then you can actually go after a more direct approach.
once you do that though, be upfront about what you're looking for, honest, tackful, but upfront, don't waste anyone's time, or she'll waste your with a bunch of games and you'll miss out on some real opportunities.

Be honest, Make her laugh and remember its not what you buy its what you do. You do not need to be an emotional rollercoaster but be a man. be decisive and direct always listen to her and let her be herself. she is an individual and should be treated like one.
Open doors, pay for dinner, be a gentalmen. respect her!!!!
but don't take her crap either.....
And remember through all of this be a man don't lose you jewels in the process. there is no such thing as a metro, sensitive, girly man who likes to cry during dramas......

Well totally be yourself. Let people see the good side of you. Don't be annoying, but seem like you have an interest in people and that you would like to get to know them. Always smile.

depends on how old you are. 21 and up, go to bars and find third wheels, buy shots and see if it gets you anywhere. below 18, don't worry about it. enjoy being single. it's not worth the time nor the trouble.
