simple questions to answer:
1) do you want to restrict people from free and open access to thier money, body or mind?
2) do you want to be restricted from free and open access to your money, body or mind?
3) do you support government use of aggression to restrict people from free and open access to thier money, body or mind?
careful how you answer, you may find out that you too are a "libertarian", a supporter of liberty and non aggression.
- fiscally conservative, physically liberal -

it's interesting how many people are limited in ability to answer this question - really easy to answer. if it "depends or maybe" - how and when.
BTW - we have lost rights, the left and the right are the same - they meet as otalitarian despots.
control my money and you control my mind/body; control my mind/body you control my money (both by way of cost of use).
if you support aggression for the sake of controlling $, mind or body then join the mafia or IRS.
so just answer the questions and decide where you stand...

Ultimately we are all Libertarians, some people just want to enforce their version of what liberty means on others (thereby defeating their intent).

The true (and sensible) answer to each Q is "as little as possible".
It's a HS debate technique to pose a question AND the only possible answers (yes or no). If someone says "it depends" then they are accused of not having the courage to answer.
If you believe that "free and open access to your money, body or mind" means that the government can't collect taxes, we should allow euthanasia, and viewing child pornography is OK, then I can't agree with any of the above on an absolute basis.
So it DOES "depend".
I'm a conservative who believes in less government whenever possible. But I also believe that a truly free society must have enough regulation and restriction to allow us to live in a civilized way.
Life is not an abstract intellectual debate. Life involves weighing choices and making hard decisions that don't always please everyone.

Actually, those questions are too unspecific to answer! This is like saying, "who here loves freedom?" Then when everyone answers "yes," you use that non-specific endorsement of a highly subjective criterion to endorse your own specific political platform.
No, I don't want to restrict people. But, of course, I also live in reality I and understand that many libertarian policies are simply untenable. For instance, I would like for my government to protect me from big corporations - I want fair labor and fair pricing standards. Well, that requires the government to restrict the corporate bosses from free and open access to their money! You see, this kind of thing is just silly.
Next time, try listing some SPECIFIC libertarian policy statements and see what response you get.

No. A prophet in Talmudic Judaism has to: a) carry out miracles b) not contradict the teachings of Moses and the Torah. besides the actual undeniable truth that it really is alleged that Jesus done miracles, he immediately contradicted the regulations of the former testomony and claimed they were now not correct. besides the actual undeniable truth that he would have had a case, it disqualifies him from prophethood.
