how can i delete history?

after visiting the web sites how can i delete the history

Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools
Click on Delete History, Cookies, Files.

You can also delete the forms by going to
Content then Clear SSL Cache

Then AutoComplete>Selest All>Clear Forms & Passwords.

first press ctrl h and then a list of websites you have visited will appear on the left side of the screen. Just right click and delete. Then go to tools at the top and click internet options, then click dlete cookies. Cookies are a list of sites you have visited stored onto your computer. Not hard to find. There is more to deleting but I don't know any more of it.
