Ok, if you got pregnant in April.. you would be due in January..... My mom got pregnant with me around her birthday (April 15th) and I was born January 7th...

The length of the average pregnancy is about 40 weeks. If the baby does not come at that time then he will be technically overdue. The doctor wont let you be more that 42 weeks, or 2 weeks overdue, because the fluid around the baby starts the decrease.

Three weeks late is pretty far past your due date, usually doctors only let you go 2 weeks past, provided the baby or you are healthy and doing okay. I know because my daughter was born 14 days past my due date, sometimes it is hard for doctors to pinoint the exact due date as well, so even if you think you are 3weeks past the due date it might only be 1 or 2

January should be the month you are due. If it is 3 weeks late, you did the math wrong. They usually won't let you go more than a week over.
