I am looking to see if there is any statistical advantage for home teams in the playoffs in all rounds. I would also like to find out how well dome teams perform at home and away in the playoffs.

Hometeam: 287 Wins
Awayteam: 114 Wins
Since 1972 (What I consider Modern).
Home Team: 235 Wins
Away Team: 89 Wins
Pretty clear advantage. Which makes sense with higher seeds getting home field, and assuming they are likely the better team
