I don't exactly know what you are asking, the difference??

Molecules are the smallest possible component of any pure substance that still retains it's original combination of atoms, meaning, a molecule of platinum has the same properties of a bar of platinum except it is multiplied by billions or trillions or whatever.

Cells, on the other hand, are the smallest possible whole component of any living organism, and these have many different functions but they basically function as the building blocks of life.

Cells is the smallest partical n is combined to form tissue n tissues are combined to form an organ thats how the living body is form.its the smallest term used in bio for organs(living things)..
Atom is the smallest partical n is combined to form molecule..its the 2nd smallest term used in chemistry or in physics for non living things..
