Oooo, I love that part also, it has alot of passion - My favorite is when Christine kisses the Phantom showing him that he is not alone. I would have loved to have seen the Broadway version with the original players - I love Michael. I think I played that record to death.

I've seen the stage production 3 times, unfortunately I never got to see Michael Crawford as the Phantom, I tried to watch the movie version a few times, but I compared to the stage version so much and was disappointed in the casting that I couldn't. One thing I did notice while I was watching a little of the movie, is the costumes...they were absolutely spectacular. (As they are in the stage production)...I'm a hopeless fanatic of live productions anyway. I do have a copy on cassette tape of Michael Crawfords final performance of Phantom....it's AMAZING!! I've got a few favorite parts...but the one line that gets to me is right after Christine sings "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" and the Phantom sings "wandering child, so lost so helpless, yearning for my guidance..."...to hear Michael whisper that sends chills up my spine...

I have seen both the movie and the stage production. I loved both versions, but i thought the stage version was better because it is live and you are right there in the audience. it was a thrilling experience.
My favorite part is when the Phantom brings Christine under the opera house, during the song "the phantom of the opera"

I loved that movie.. I'm not sure I had a favorite scene, probably when the lead song was playing........I love that song/music!!! It is awesome. I'm going to New York in March to see it on Broadway and I can't wait!!!!!
