650w should be enough, but then agian it depends on many aspects on what you have in the comp.

If you are going to buy a PSU for gaming, go for branded, think about this before you think about if 650W is enough.
I would also recommend Antec. With that money, you can get the Antec EarthWatts 500W the. TruePower Trio 650 is just under £100.
