converting file type from .mov to .wma?

how do i convert a file type .mov to .wma? i am trying to edit a digital movie in windows movie maker and it wont let me add a .mov file into the collections...please help!

im pretty sure you cant because .mov files are movies and .wma files stand for windows media audio. files are completely different.
*.mov = Video
*.wma = Audio
