Most people who are qualified establish a COMPUTER repair workshop. A motherboard repair service is too narrow and unlikely to succeed as a new one is generally cheaper than 2 hours of labor charges.

Workbench, soldering equipment, magnifying glass, non-magnetic screwdrivers................ but you might just as well have a pentagram, a few sacrificial goats & chickens + a large knife for carrying out the sacrifice for all the good trying to repair a faulty motherboard will do, as when they're fried they're usually beyond hope, and most people just replace them with a new one.

Workbench, soldering iron.... It's probably not worth the effort anyways, motherboards are cheap. Toss it and install another.
