A "job with bad grades" doesn't sound like any job I know. Maybe if you concentrate on improving your grammar and sentence structure, it would help your grades and your future.

So if you struggle with certain subjects, don't despair. BUT, do the best YOU can do in all subjects. That way, you'll increase your chances of getting the kind of job and salary you want.

You won't get to the best college (don't know your age though) unless you put in some sort of EFFORT into your schoolwork. Maybe you should take more time on your schoolwork, it will pay off in the end. Or maybe you could retake some of the classes you got a bad grade in.

Bad grades can be overcome with improved attitude.
Learn how to learn and learn how to enjoy learning.
This actually can get easier with age because as time goes on you realize the benefit of gaining and using knowledge.
