Where can I buy a bulk quanity of knockoff bags.?

I used to go to New York and buy the bags and clothes from the wholesale spots, but they have cracked down on that type of activity. I would like to find a way that I can contact one of the wholesalers and do business with them. I currently live in Baltimore and can not make it to New York as often. Please someone help me with this inquiry.
