Probably a few times a week I'll brush my tongue when I brush my teeth. It depends if I have time or not. However, i like to do it because it makes my mouth feel more fresh.

Yes always! Sometimes I brush so hard it makes me nauseous. I read that it helps with keeping out bad breath. Also an off-white tongue is really not pretty.

Yes I always brush my tongue when I brush mt teeth but I do it last.

I have a toothbrush that has a tongue scrubber on it. I always scrub my tongue when I brush my teeth. Even though it usually makes me gag!

Because bacteria is on your tongue that can cause bad breath. It's a must to brush your tongue!
