I am a warm brown complected african american female. what color lipgloss/lip stick would work best with my skin tone?

just make sure, your makeup style suit to the color shade of the lipstick/lipgloss. it all really depends on what kinda outfit you wear, though. but, if you're asking for a everyday color that would suit you, go for something more natural and warm..earth tones would match you..check out all the shades of BROWNS and MAROONS. it should look real good on you.

All medium shades of pink, orange-red, orange and corals...don´t ever wear browns or purples or violets, or anything dark...like dark reds.

Match them to your wardrobe...if the occasion arises...

i recommend berries and rich browns. without seeing you, my best recommendation is for you to go to a department store or your favorite makeup counter and just try. everyone has different preferences, skin tone, style, etc. for coloured women, i recommend going to mac, l'oreal, or iman as they have colours geared to coloured women.

you should definatley use a gold or brown thats glossy. it will make your lips look great!
