Yes it "hirts" like hell, but every birth experience is different. There are different medications which can cut the pain quite a bit; nitrous oxide (you breath it in, and even though you feel the pain, for some reason you just don't care); epidural (an injection directly into the spine - it's a bit scary but provide the best pain control, but you still can feel some pain). Natural child birth is very painful, but if you are mentally prepared you can deal with it.

Of course it hurts. You are squeezing a baby that is the size of a watermelon through a hole the size of a lemon. I haven't had a c-section, but I hear that is pretty painful as well (no surprise there). Pretty self-explanatory.

Surely you know how to spell HURT don't you? LOL
Yes it is painful! Why, you ask? Because you are either pushing something the size of a small watermelon out of a hole that is the size of a grape OR you are having your stomach cut open. Either one is painful. Think about it!

i've heard that it does, and i'm guessing it hurts in the area(s) depending on how u deliver ur baby. If u have a c-section, then i'm guessing your lower tummy will hurt. If having a baby vaginally, then your "you know what" is gonna hurt. lol

If you don't even know how to spell hurt, you aren't ready to hear about child birth.
