I was thinking Juliette Mary, Dougie James and Ross Mathew. i am a mom of seven so I'm nearly all out of names. What do you think?

Juliette and Mary and nice names but don't flow well together.
Most english names have the stress on the first syllable and when paired with an english name flow well, but french names such as Juliette place the stress on the end and sound best when paired with a similarly arranged name. For example Juliette Marie (mah-REE) is a better pair.

Douglas James is a name that would grow better with the child into adulthood. And Ross Mathew would leave him required to spell his name for everyone... traditional spellings make life so much easier ... I'd go with Ross Matthew (double t's)

Before I had my son, I found "The Perfect Name" by Jeanine Cox helpful. Unlike other baby name books, it's not just a name dictionary, but provides exercises and important advice when choosing that perfect name...

I think Juliette sounds nice but I don't think Juliette Mary sounds very good together. So how about:
Juliette Victoria or Juliette Paige? Or how about the name Julianna Mackenzie? Hmmm Dougie James. I think James is a nice middle name so how about Owen James or Declan James? I like Ross Matthew. Its a cute name.

Ha, Dougie James! My bf's first and middle names are James Douglas. Don't know, think Julliette Marie might sound better than Mary. But then you prob won't go around always calling her Julliette Mary anyway. Not too keen on Dougie. I think James and Mathew would go together well, which ever way round you put them. I like the name Ross.

Not my favorites but you could tweak them a little
Juliette Marie flows better than Juliette Mary
Ross Matthew
Do not name your child Dougie. If you like it, name him Doug and call him Dougie but don't put Dougie on his birth certificate. How emabarrassing when you are 60 years old and telling people your given name is Dougie.

First of all I just want to say Bless your heart!! How do you time & money for all these kids?

Anyway, I like Juliette, that is pretty but I don't think it goes with Mary. As for Dougie, I don't think this is a good name either. Kind of reminds of Doogie Houser! lol Also I don't like Ross, but I do like Matthew.

But it's your choice...we don't have to like your names.

Good luck in whatever you choose though...and also GOOD LUCK with your pregnancy!!!

The best advice I ever recieved, in reference to naming a child, is that one must remember that your little one won't always be...a child, that is. Eventually, all children grow into adults. You absolutely must choose a name that will reflect the type of adult you hope your child will be, and that a 40 year old man/woman won't be embarassed to introduce themselves as.

Now picture this.....A nice man, well cut suit, a wonderful cocktail party, lovely women all around, professional well dressed men, all mingling together....A beautiful woman brushes his arm...He turns to her...."Hi, my name is Dougie..."????

Juliette and Ross are both names a person could be proud of through out their lives, but I beg you to reconsider on "Dougie".

I don't really care for the name Mary. Juliette sounds romantic and scholarly. I would suggest Douglas rather than Dougie.

Dougie sounds like a name for a pet. the other names are nice.
