Try Yahoo's own Personals. It is simple because after setting up your ID and profile, you are already part of the yahoo group, so it makes it very simple to go there, just click on personals on your browser button. No logging in with names or passwords.. and they get pretty local I found out, as I live in a small city and there were people on from my city..
