I also swore I wouldnt get married cuz i didnt want some man telling me what to do...sigh...so much for that too

When I was a very little girl, I swore I would never french kiss, how gross swapping spit. (now four children later, I have been unable to keep my pledge LOL)

my Dad use to beat the crap out of me and i swore i never would hit my kids.
i have spanked my child a few times but that was because she was out of control. most of the time she lands in time out but i would never beat her. never, never, never!!!
