If you saying more than a year was it mean haven't do sex or don't need it and it's proved but still together? When I found your thread heading... isnt that mean you both over the sex? I guess

To be honest, sex (lust) and love have little in common. It's perfectly natural to love someone and not want to have sex with them - especially if you are not in a committed relationship. In fact, if you love eachother without having sex, then you're able to be even more secure that what you have is really love, rather than a mutual need for sex.
Don't worry about it.

I just think that sex is part of love, and certainly plays an important role in a relationship. The two things cannot be separated. (not after just one year or so, anyway)
I could be wrong, of course.

When one has a true feeling of spiritual Love, their body
reacts to the energy on a physical level. Making people think they want sex with thier own gender or children.
If that feeling lingers, and it bothers you, that's an outside
"evil" telepathic influence. Yes, you can Love one without
wanting to use them for sex.

I think there are different kinds of love..It's not all the same. I feel a different kind of love for my husband as I do for my kids..and a diffent kind of love for my parents and a different kind of love for my brothers and so on. You have to ask yourself what kind of love you feel for this person. If it's a mate love..you should have a desire to have some type of sexual activity and you wouldn't in any other kind of love. But be honest with yourself and ask yourself that.

If you didn't keep it Platonic, then it'll be challenging for you to not desire sex. In a Platonic relationship, there is strictly friendship. When you flirt and get emotional with each other, that's when you desire more, (sex) to further enhance your bond.

Yes, there are different kinds of love. The kind without sexual desire can be very fullfilling. I have experienced that. You can really get to know one another and frankly discuss feelings and desires.

If that love is out of pure respect, it is possible.
