Cause non Tech people make our job a lot harder,

Haven't you encountered the classic: telling them to print and them answering: "how do I print?", or "open up your browser" "what's a browser?" NOW HOW THE HELL DO I ANSWER THAT TO THIS MORON?

That's why, sometimes I even get calls about a frustrated user that just didn't follow instructions, like:
"hey, an error popped up"
-"uhh ok, what error?"
-"I don't know, some error here, it's quite long"
-"(ARGH) ok, read me the first sentence or words"
-"it's quite long"
-"just the first words then."
-"Ok. fine then, it reads: Do you confirm the form was printed correctly? "
-"Ok, SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM??!!"

Lol, I could go and on and on.

First of all, Techs are human just like anyone else. Each has their own personalities. Some are quick to anger and others maybe not. Any job requiring contact with people can be very frustrating and cause most to anger quickly. This seems to transfer to off the job presentation as well. People will try your patiance. This is because People can be rude and insensitive. When it comes to computers, even the intelligent People can come across as not so intelligent. They seem to dummy up. You try to help them and they do not want to listen. Computers do not solve any problems or do the work for you. The computer is a tool. People seem to assume that the computer will automatically do all the work fo you. If the user does something wrong, they usually know it and don't want to admit it.

well it may be the case of a bit frustration because the tech world changes so fastthat u cant even bee f4ree for a minute...trying to hold grasp of each and every sphere of IT......no self satisfaction....extreme competition..........................
and the list goes on and on.....

all these are solved once a person feels security at his work and becomes self contentment.............

trying to get ahead of this unending circular race is the main reason behind all frustration...........

to evade it all feel contended with what u have...

if u have billions of $ and don't feel contended i tell u, u r much worse than even a beggar who feels self contended!

may be i got a bit to spiritual kind :D !

Because they have to deal with people who don't have a clue.
