No you'd say someone formerly lived in such and such house. There's no english word that.

Certainly there is no word in UK english for such places. You can try this site:-http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/ which is the home page of The National Trust which owns houses where many famous people lived (including one of The Beatles) which are open for the public to visit, or this http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/server/show/nav.1494 which deals with 'blue plaques' which are put up on houses where famous people lived, but which are not necessarily open to the public.

Heritage house? National Registry of homes?

Historical houses?

Try these, and the search engines will bring stuff up.
