➔ Trying to Conceive
Falling pregnant is not as easy as some people make it out to be. I myself am having problems trying to conceive due to having PCOS. The more you worry about conceiving, the more stressed you get, and if you are not relaxed enough to begin with, it is unlikely to happen. I'm not sure of the reason behind this. Have you asked your doctor about the drug clomid? That is often prescribed to aide conception. Hope this helps.

Relax and take it easy, stressing and worrying will only reduce your chances of getting pregnant. There are quite a few tips on little things that help which you get on the internet if you do a google search for getting pregnant - missionary position is supposed to be quite good when making love and lying down for about 20 mins afterwards is advised, having an understanding of when your ovulation period is helps.
Really, for as long as you have both been to the doctors and there are no medical problems that might affect your chances, then just be thankful for your little girl, remain positive and know that in time you would have some good news to share with your loved ones.

Im on my 13 months I have PCOS it is quite common 10% but sometimes hard to diagnose especialy in cases were it is of a lower degree.... my doctor wont put me on anything because I've had a m/c which means Im not infertile ( I didn't think I was I just need a little help ovulating). It is very frustrating. what about trying natural treatments I was doing relexology when I concieved and I heard accupunture helps with some people. What about trying these I'm going to start reflexology again with accupunture. good luck ..

I know its easier said than done. But chill chill and more chill. My husband and i had a similar thing a little while ago. And really its mind over matter. If you have had all the tests and you are both fine. Its so important to just let it happen. Also you dont want to make sex just a thing to have the baby. Im pregnant now. and believe me i had to try hard to put it all to the back of my mind. I felt almost insane.

RELAX and stop thinking about it so much. You are getting to frustrated. Slow down and take a break. I was the same way my fiance and I were trying to conceive and I was keeping track of my ovulation days thinking about if I was pregnant or not everyday month after month. my friend told me to take a break relax and stop thinking about it. I stopped tracking my ovulation days, stopped thinking about it every minute of everyday and now I'm pregnant. Patients is the key. Take your time and when it's meant to be it will be. Good Luck!!! If you would like to talk email me @ marin_jones@yahoo.com I'm on messenger also

Taking all into consideration I believe you are trying too hard, your body isn`t a conveyor belt where one minute this is happening & the next another bit goes on conditions & all have to be in place when you are both not even thinking about it, it will happen again so don`t worry & stop thinking something is wrong OK?

Sounds like you need to relax, and stop worring about getting pregnant.
If work and money allows go away for a few day, maybe leave your daughter with family. Just have a good time, have plenty of fun sex.
It would be a good idea to use http://www.babycentre.co.uk/tools/ovu/... to find out when was the best time to TTC.
Best of luck.

I understand your frustrations!
Try these two very good websites.
fertilityfriend.com
Here you can log all the changes in your body over the course of your cycles to establish exactly when is the "best time"
pregnancyloss.info/sperm_meets_egg_plan.htm
This is a plan for mums who miscarry but the principle is the same and the success rate very good.
Try to be patient and good luck.

You are not alone. This is more common than you think.
www.bounty.com is for parents and if you go into discussion forums and scroll down to section titled TTC you will find alot of parents in the same situation.
Have you been to the hospital and asked for more advice? Clomed or icksy etc.
Good luck and don't give up but, don't let it come between you and your partner.

It's quite common for pregnancy to happen on holiday because you are both more relaxed. Stress levels might be playing a part.
